This Hex Winding Bars is a pair of steel winding bars for adjusting and installing torsion springs. Torsion springs are wound with two bars used in turn, so one bar always holds the winding cone. Purpose-made steel bars are the only safe tool: screwdrivers and rebar slip out of the cone or bend under load.
