Orders may ship from our Sacramento or Santa Clara locations depending on inventory availability.
2) Shipping destinations
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping or shipping to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
3) Order processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Processing times may vary due to inventory availability, order volume, or operational factors.
4) Shipping methods
We offer standard shipping only. Expedited shipping options are not available at this time.
5) Shipping carriers
Shipping carriers may vary depending on package size, weight, and destination. Carrier selection is determined at our discretion.
6) Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order details, weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
7) Large or heavy items
Some garage door parts and tools are oversized or heavy and may require special handling. Delivery times for these items may be longer than standard estimates.
8) Local pickup
Local in-store pickup is available at our Sacramento and Santa Clara locations when selected at checkout. Pickup availability depends on inventory location.
9) Order tracking
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Tracking updates are subject to carrier systems and availability.
10) Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses. We are not responsible for delivery issues, delays, or additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
11) Lost or stolen packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
12) Delivery delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, supply chain disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
